These Terms apply to mikeyreuter.com ("the site"), the personal website of Michael Reuter ("I", "me"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About the site

MikeyReuter.com is the personal website of Michael Reuter. It is personal and non-commercial: free to use, with nothing for sale and no payments.

2. The trading cards on the site

For now the site shows Pokémon trading cards: their pictures, names, details and prices, and lets you keep lists of them. The site is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures, GAME FREAK, any card marketplace or price website, TCGdex or the Pokémon TCG API. Card names, images, set symbols and related marks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify cards.

3. Card data and prices

Card details, images and prices were copied once from free public APIs made for this kind of use (prices: averages of public market data in US dollars, from the free TCGdex API; no website is scraped). They are not updated, so they are out of date, and may be incomplete or wrong. Prices are rough estimates for reference only. They are not an offer, appraisal or financial advice. Always check before you buy, sell or trade.

4. Your card lists

The cards you mark as have, want or trade are saved only in your browser on that device: I never receive them and cannot recover them if your browser data is cleared, so download a backup file now and then.

5. Accounts

There are no accounts for now: signing in is turned off. If that changes, these Terms will say how accounts work before anyone can create one.

6. Messages

If you use the contact form, please be respectful, and do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. I read every message but may not answer them all.

7. Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site, copy the site or its data at scale with automated tools, or use the site for anything unlawful or harmful.

8. My content

The MikeyReuter.com name, logo, design and code, and my own words and photos, are original and belong to me. Please do not copy or reuse them without my permission.

9. Other websites

The site links to a few other websites (like TCGdex) and loads card pictures from them. I am not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

10. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. I may change, pause or discontinue any part of it at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, that comes from using the site.

12. Changes

I may update these Terms. The date above shows the current version. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new Terms.
